Confirmation of Booking via email from Travelscene Tweed Heads 4. Final Payment of $2445 due 30 days prior to departure date of Trek 5. Air Niugini Fuel Surcharge of $65 due with final payment 6. Airline tickets are forwarded after all payments and paperwork are approved 7. Application Form with payment for Personal Travel Insurance 8. Personal Particulars Form 9. Medical Self-Assessment Form 10. Medical Doctor’s Certification Form 11. Deed of Release and Indemnity Form 12. Passport current for 6 months at time of travel 13. Visa for entry to PNG from PNG Consulate in Brisbane (approx $50) 14. Personal Fitness Programme 15. Pre-Trek medications and vaccinations – malaria, cholera, typhoid, hepatitis 16. Personal Clothing (refer Inventory section) 17. Personal Equipment (refer Inventory section) 18. Personal First Aid Kit with Prescription Drug Extension (refer Inventory section) 19. Daily Personal Trek Snacks packaged individually up to 500g 20. One set of casual clothing for International Flights and Port Moresby before and after the Trek 21. Cash for Duty Free, Trek incidentals, personal expenditure in Port Moresby, etc.
